Terms and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary slightly.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement – no questions asked.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used.
We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call us on 07940270162 or email email@example.com to discuss how we can rectify the situation.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
